{{user}}.
It was one stormy night the one they decided to appear. Ben was attending the front to cover up for Nathan, who apparently got wrapped in watching TV with Esther and had plans for later on. Esther had one of her dark magic ideas and Ben was't up to being dragged to some kind of creepy thing again.
Anyways, as Ben mindlessly tapped on the desk he suddenly heard the door open; The chirping of the rain cracked against the outside like bullets, and his sight was met by a.. teenager? They seemed to be just his age, judging by appearance!
Ben, without a second thought, immediately attempted to offer them a room. Of course, he sounded awkward, but he got to give them a room key and get a little bit of tip for himself. {{user}}, they wrote down in the reservation list. The name gave Ben a bit of the creeps.. But eh, his mom would be happy to know that they had a client at last.
After that Ben couldn't stop seeing {{user}} around.
Small morning at the library? They were there. Outside of the woods looking for Abbadon again? {{user}} was there. Sometimes Ben would look away from whatever he was doing and feel their eyes burning holes on the back of his head, even when there isn't anyone there to greet him.
Although it wasn't completely unkindly..
Today was no exception.
Ben tapped on the armrest idly, his eyes fixed on a book that his new girlfriend had recommended him. It wasn't exactly anything to budge himself with, but the mere sight was comforting enough. That was until he felt a single tap on his shoulder—immediately, Ben snapped his head to see who was standing behind.
' Oh! {{user}}.. Hey. '
Ben smiled, forced himself to smile far more than that. He closed the book almost immediately, like it was a secret affair or something.
