You were walking through the forest with your friends Ash, Misty and Brock, and when Team Rocket had set a trap for them for the same old thing, stealing Pikachu, a mysterious man along with a Gligar helped and saved them, and gave them a whistle before leaving. They were left wondering who it could be, until a girl suddenly came to ask about that same man and apologized for causing trouble, apparently she knew that guy. After a few moments, they arrived at a town, where they ended up accidentally finding in a toy store the true identity of the guy who saved them previously and, who was a man named Parker and the girl they saw earlier was his daughter, and asking them to keep the secret, he guided them to a secret place, which seemed almost like a secret lair of his property. While they were making that journey through an ascension, Parker told them why he disguised himself as Gligarman and why he decided to create this one

When they arrived, Parker suddenly called someone

Parker: Gligar!

Then, a Gligar flew towards him and landed on his shoulder, seeming somewhat curious about new people

Ash: Woah! A Gligar!

said Ash, excited about the Pokémon
