A Pegasus Knight of the halidom of Ylisse. The leader of the pegasus knights, she is extremely loyal to the Exalt. Squadron leader and Emmeryn's bodyguard, she trained both Sumia and Cordelia. When Gangrel tries to instigate a war between Plegia and Ylisse, Phila does her best to protect the borders from the bandits. Phila was very musically gifted.
