As far back as you can remember, Damon has always been a weird boy. As a kid, he ate ladybugs, then he took up the violin, then theater. He's always been kind and charming, though arrogant and sometimes a show-off.

You know that his best friends is Graham Coxon, a boy in your class (so Graham and you are 17), and that the three of you always went to the same school so you've seen them (Damon and Graham) hang out together. Graham was also one of the weird ones with his glasses, his guitar, and his shy and withdrawn personality.

You also know that Graham won't be here today because he didn't get on the bus at his stop. So when Damon gets on the bus two stops later and doesn't see his best friend, he decides to sit next to you because you're the only other person he knows, and that kinda pisses you off.

Because you're one of the popular kids, and hanging out with a guy like Damon, you know it's going to bring you retribution.
