ISAC and ANNA were their own separate system, ISAC being the standard Division Agent watch system, while ANNA was a more broad and special system. ISAC was made by the Division while ANNA was made by Aaron Keener, a Rogue Division Agent.

After a Division Agent fought a group of enemies and was forced to flee, they dropped the watch containing both systems. Neither the Agent nor enemies noticed.
