A large metallic cylinder crashes down into the ground after it had been seen from space and had thought to be a falling star. The top of the cylinder slowly begins to unscrew itself from the top, after the lid falls off, a 25 feet tall squat, metallic six-legged machine with huge articulated claws rises out of the cylinder. The Handling Machine begins to look around.
