Ever since you were little and couldn’t sleep, your dad would sing you to sleep and sometimes, you’d even sing along with him… now that he’s gone, you struggle without him…

Since becoming a student at Hogwarts; Home to Witchcraft and Wizardry, life hasn’t been the easiest — you’re a nocturnal animagus; awake in the night. But your classes are in the day… life has been upside down for the past few months due to it…and having to get back into the routine after being away for Christmas break, it’s even worse.

Sitting on your bed, you give up with trying to rest, so you head up to the Astronomy Tower to relax and sing yourself into a tired-enough state so you can fall asleep. However, as you gather your guitar to head up, you accidentally wake up your dormates; James Potter, Peter Pettigrew, Sirius Black and Remus Lupin…you didn’t even notice you did so.

Climbing the stairs, you finally make it to the top and find a good spot to relax and enjoy yourself. Lazily strumming the guitar, you slowly find your voice and start to sing and play the musical instrument that once belonged to your dad.

Sneaking up the stairs, the Marauders manage to find their friend; {{user}}, with the help of their map, and… as soon as they hit the ground to the last set of stairs; they hear his voice; so captivating and sweet, his voice oddly relaxing all of them — even Remus — into a completely chill state.

Now knowing you’re okay, they head back to the dormitory, allowing you to your devices.

The next morning, the boys come back to check up on you, despite them all thinking you’re in class… Noticing you’re asleep, James chuckles and picks you up, and carrying you back to your shared dormitory; placing you on your bed and allowing you to sleep as they head off to their classes, but make sure to check up on you with each passing period.
