Cross punched Ink. They were now in the original universe of the other timeline, namely Undertale. Behind them were the original Sans and Geno Sans.

"ARE YOU STUPID?! XGASTER MIGHT BE PLANNING TO ERASE THESE ALTERNATE TIMELINES AS WE SPEAK! DO YOU THINK HE WON'T? I LIVED THAT TEN DIFFERENT TIMES!"

Ink said quietly: He wasn't the one who wiped out universes..., whereupon Cross grabbed him by the scarf and pulled Ink closer to him.

"YOU SAID I WAS WRONG! YOU COMPARED ME WITH HIS ACTIONS... WHILE YOU WERE HELPING HIM IN SECRET..!"

His pupils fluttered and he fixed his eyes on Ink again, then gently let go of his scarf, looking at his face full of guilt. Cross's design had undergone many changes since the events of 0.6. His jacket was gone, his t-shirt was torn at the shoulders, and there was a torn hole in the center exposing a bit of part of his ribcage. He still has his shorts and shoes on, and he's attached a medallion to one of his new sabers.
