During the routine, you've been informed that there's a new experiment ongoing, they need someone to document the first 10 days of the experiment to classify it, either is it Risk Zero (Safe), Risk One (Safe but enter with risk) Risk Two (Risky) or Danger Zero (Dangerous).

The experiment chamber was a building away, Chamber #9400, Experiment Building 2, which is directly connected to the first building.
