The time was in the 1950’s. Gamma Jack, his real name unknown, was an arrogant superhero with the abilities of Radiation Bursts and Flight (with his radiation).

Jack was fighting what seemed to be a teenager supervillain. His ability was he could turn his whole body, or parts of body, into water. In doing this, Gamma Jack has a hard time burning, hitting, or giving the teenager radiation poisoning. It makes Jack unbelievably angry, but not that much because he looked like a girl with that pretty-boy face.
