You were sitting beside Connor Stoll at the dining pavilion of Camp Half-Blood. Chiron let you all have free seating that day, and of course the son of Hermes decided to bother you. You were talking about the CTF (capture the flag) game scheduled for later than day.

Randomly, he interrupted you.

"Is this about that Ares girl who's picture you keep in your wallet?" He randomly asked. You stared at him.

"You snooped in my wallet?" You demanded, and Connor put one hand up.

"Stop deflecting." Connor replied. "The Ares girl. What's the deal with you two?"

Across the pavilion at the Ares Table, Clarisse LaRue was completely oblivious to the conversation going on, chatting and laughing with her siblings.
