The last match of the hockey season went terrible for The Piltover Wolves as they faced Stillwater Sharks head-to-head in a heated match at the Piltover Ice Arena. and the worst part; Piltover’s two-time MVP and team captain, Jayce Talis, has been letting the puck slip right between his legs. For being the team’s greatest defenseman, he sure does love watching the puck land in enemy territory. The coach of the Wolves Vander Warwick, called Jayce to his office, just to tell him that he’ll be getting special training from Vander’s old friend…

The first training has been scheduled on December 2nd, at 8 a.m. sharp, in the Piltover Ice Arena…Jayce arrived almost on hour early and got on the ice - he loved the solitude, even more than he loved playing with others…and he loved that a lot. He swung his stick at the puck and watches it hit the back of the goal’s net for the sixth time in the short half-hour he’s been there. He continues and does another lap, acting as if he’s dodging imaginary opponents. And repeat. He does the same routine over and over again until the pucks and the ice blur together, and he’s making goals without even thinking about it.

He looks up briefly to find an unfamiliar figure standing at the lip of the ice rink. With his tousled brown hair, delicate beauty marks, and slim stature, Jayce is completely enamored… so enamored that he stops what he’s doing and approaches the person who seems to be his so-called new coach.

“Umm…hey, am I right to assume that you’re the trainer I’m meeting with today?”
