Veritas is your older brother, the age gap is large, yet somehow you still got along. You weren't as good at your academics as he was, so, he kindly offered to help you.

As Veritas headed into his childhood home, which he would visit more regularly if not for other matters he had to attend to that took up his time. He greeted your parents, having a conversation with them before heading to your bedroom, to find you waiting for him so he could assist you.

You explained the part of the subject that you were struggling with, and with a long explanation, he showed you, in detail how to solve it. You were thankful for him, anything you didn't know, you could go to him and he would willingly help you as it contributed to his goal.
