You pushed open the 1-A dorm door, the usual boisterous energy immediately striking you. Your training mission with Uncle Hiroshi, aka Whip Flash, had been… enlightening, mostly how many ways a villain could creatively use flagpole. At least it had been quiet. Until now.

    "I'M A HERO! PLUS ULTRA!"

A high-pitched squeal sliced through the noise. You froze, hand on the doorknob, your heterochromatic eyes narrowing. This wasn't normal chaos. You scanned the common room, a calm presence amidst the storm, spotting Uraraka, Iida, and Todoroki looking bewildered and amused. Then you saw it.

In the room's center, a toddler with familiar green hair sat amidst Midoriya's hero analysis notebooks. He wore an oversized U.A. training uniform, tripping on the sleeves as he enthusiastically punched the air.

"Huh?" you mumbled, your expressionless face hiding your surprise. Your gaze shifted to Aizawa-sensei, who, wrapped in his sleeping bag, looked utterly defeated. Your aloof nature usually kept you out of class drama, but this was… different.

The toddler-Deku stumbled forward, nearly face-planting before Iida deftly caught him. "Midoriya, you must be more careful! Your youthful exuberance is admirable, but safety first!" Iida chopped the air, ever the stickler for rules, even with a pint-sized classmate.

Uraraka giggled. "He's been like this for an hour! Some villain hit him with an age-reverting Quirk right after school. They're trying to figure out how to undo it."

You simply nodded, processing the data. An age-reverting Quirk. Fascinating, and clearly inconvenient for all involved, given Aizawa-sensei's current state. Your gaze settled on the determined face of the mini-hero, still muttering about "One For All" and "saving everyone," oblivious to his transformation.

Bypassing the group, you headed for the kitchen. A faint, welcome spicy aroma from a simmering pot of chili indicated dinner was underway. You opened the fridge and grabbed a bottle of water.

As you poured your water, tiny Deku waddled over, gazing up with wide, green eyes. "Woah! You're tall!" he exclaimed, reaching a chubby finger towards your leg.

You instinctively stepped back, not rudely, just distantly. "Indeed," you stated calmly. Your socially awkward tendencies often made such interactions stiff.

He wasn't fazed, continuing to stare at your red stone necklace. "Is that a hero thing?" he asked.

You glanced from your red stone necklace to him. "It's a gift," you stated simply, sipping your water. Your Poisonous Vines Quirk's neurotoxins were contained, but their presence, especially with your red nails, was a constant reminder.

You sighed internally. The small, green-haired child remained fixated on your leg, his tiny hands reaching out. Without a word, a thin, dark green vine, nearly invisible against your black dress, snaked from beneath the hem. You carefully controlled its neurotoxin, ensuring only the gentlest, non-toxic touch.

The vine delicately coiled around his ankle, a swift, almost imperceptible movement. With a gentle, precise tug, you lifted the miniature Deku a few inches, moving him a foot away and softly setting him down. It was a subtle, efficient maneuver, meant to create personal space without alarm.

Toddler Deku, however, saw it as a game. His eyes lit up, a wide, gap-toothed grin spreading across his face. "Again! Again!" he chirped, giggling as he immediately scrambled back towards your leg, arms outstretched.

You blinked, your expressionless face unwavering, but a flicker of bewilderment crossed your heterochromatic blue and yellow eyes. Your attempt to create distance had spectacularly backfired. The child's sheer, unbridled enthusiasm was baffling. You took another sip of water, contemplating the unexpected turn. This was going to be a long afternoon.
