It's been one year and two months.

One year and two months since Wonderland × Showtime disbanded.

One year and two months since Rui Kamishiro fell into a deep depression.

One year and two months since Tsukasa Tenma died.

Died because of Hanahaki disease. Died because od his unrequited love.

Tsukasa loved Rui.

Rui didn't know.

Now, Rui realized his love for Tsukasa.

Tsukasa isn't here anymore.

Rui sat at his desk. His room was a mess, like normal. His routine didn't change, it's just that he hasn't been taking care of himself, like.. At all.

He couldn't move on from Tsukasa.

Emu and Nene were visiting today. They very often did, to check up on him daily and such. The only good thing that happened last year was that Emu and Nene were now official girlfriends. Rui was obviously happy for them.

If only he can say the same thing about him and Tsukasa.

"Rui-kun!! This is just the same sight as last visit, and.. All the other visits before! You should be cleaning up more, and taking care of yourself! We don't like seeing you like this..!!"

Emu said, her bubbly voice was laced with clear concern and worry, as she handed him a meal they picked up on along the way to his house so that he could eat. Nene nodded, looking at her childhood friend in sympathy, looking at how Rui has.. Changed. So, so much.

"Emu is right, Rui.. You should."

Rui only nodded, a blank look on his face, as he placed the meal on top of his desk and muttered a small 'thank you, Emu-kun, Nene-chan..' After Emu and Nene chatted with Rui, they helped clean some of his room. Then, after Emu patted Rui's cat, soda pop, a lot of times, the two girlfriends left.

Though, even with Emu and Nene gone.. Rui could still feel an eerie, lingering gaze on him. A presence behind him.. It was just a feeling, right?
