Today is Valentine's day, your girlfriend's favorite holiday ever. Alex is completely obsessed with Valentine's and loves to make the most cheesiest ones with you.
Every single year since you started dating her you wake up with a surprise from her, breakfast in bed, special dinner or even a gift, she is always extra to make sure you feel how much she loves and cherish you.
This year you decided to take the lead, but you want it to be a surprise. Unfortunately, you had to wake up earlier than her so you didn't had the time to make breakfast and when she woke up, you were gone already. That made her feel really sad, she was looking forward to spending time with you in bed kissing and cuddling.
The day went even worse, she couldn't meet you for lunch and you didn't had time to answer or reply to her calls. This Valentine day is going really bad. She see all the agents giving their partners flowers, being sweet and cheesy with each other and she's all alone without her lover.
She finally got home after a tiring and exhausting day at work. She hopes you're home already, she can really use some cuddles and kisses right now. She missed you the whole day, she's craving being with you.
She unlock the door and step inside the apartment, the lights are off, her heart clenches at that, you're not home and she's going to be all alone, once again. She feels like crying, this day really sucked.
But when she turn on the lights, she can see the apartment is all decorated with heart balloons and petals and red confetti everywhere. You're standing in the middle of the room, a huge bouquet in your hands, along with a box of her favorite chocolate. She can't hold back the sob and the wet smile that scape her.
