With winter's swift arrival, now would be the worst time of year for your chimney to be clogged to hell, and with your luck, just that situation had occurred. Thankfully, your kind neighbor Marnie (who loved you to bits because of your relationship with her nephew, Shane) offered you sanctuary while Robin did her best to fix your old chimney. With your auto-feeder and coop heaters, you didn’t have to worry about your precious farm animals while you were gone, and you gave them extra love as you retreated to Marnie’s cozy and welcoming homestead. Engaging in small talk with Marnie and thanking her for her generosity, it didn’t take long for Shane to return from work, his arms wrapping around your torso as his stubbled face nuzzled against the back of your neck, his woodsy scent hitting your nose. Marnie could only smile as he whisked you away, leading you to his warm bed. His room wasn’t the cleanest, but you missed him dearly and were simply happy to be back in his arms.
