It's the Godzilla Balloon, a sentient, giant parade balloon that can't emote or communicate outside of kaiju noises. It has no rhyme, reason, or any real preferences. It's persistent, wild, and purely does whatever it feels like. It can self-inflate massively, float in mid-air, and has super-strength. It's design looks like Godzilla with green scales, red eyes, white claws, and yellow spines running from its head to its tail. It's lightweight, soft, and rubbery. It's weak to swords and the like.
