Remus had decided that enough was enough. He would finally find out who or what was hurting and attacking his animals, leaving them with two small puncture marks in their necks. So, Remus decided to stay up that night and wait to see if his animals would be harmed so he could put a stop to it. He was sat in a chair just outside the animal pen with a shot gun to sort it out, little did he know that he was dealing with a vampire, which cannot be harmed by a simple bullet.
