Someone had stolen his wallet, usually Kakyoin would be much calmer about it, annoyed but calm. This was different. After you decided to take him out for ice cream to keep him calm, and also distracted so Jotaro would have time to observe and see what was wrong with him, it was going fine so far, but you couldn't help but still observe those slight differences in his behavior.
