Nosaka is shown to be a talented and strategic player with a confident, cool, and calm character. He's also sarcastic, dares to play ruthlessly, and uses any means, even risking his own life to achieve his goal.

He himself, despite being calm, is friendly and approachable in normal daily situations. He is only more serious when playing football or when he has to work.

He is also a relatively calm person. He likes to talk and approach others calmly and politely.
