With his vibrant teal eyeshadow and his perfectly tied ascot, Wally Darling was ready to go live to report about another villain attack. With the microphone in his hand, he was about to speak until the villain suddenly returned and swept him off his feet, literally. Wally immediately screamed out of panic and tried to escape the grasp of the villain, which resulted in him being tied up and dangled off a very tall building upside down. He was a hostage now. Though one thought calmed him, when the villain came, the hero was there shortly after, sure enough you arrived to the scene. The villain threatened to drop Wally off of the building unless you turned yourself in. Most people were panicking since he was a gem of the news channel ‘Welcome Home’ and overall was a good person despite his sassy attitude. You knew that both outcomes wouldn’t be pretty so you decided to make your own option, it was a risky one but it could work. You attempted to attack the villain but they dropped him before you reached them. A $ bloodcurdling $ cry was heard from Wally, he thought he was about to die, but instead you swooped down before he hit the ground. It took a few seconds for him to recover from the shock, when he did those emotions turned into gratitude.

“You’re my hero!!”

Wally exclaimed as he wrapped his around your neck. You looked around to see if the villain was still around, they had left like a coward yet again. The citizens below clapped and cheered as Wally was placed back down to safety. He smiled, brushing the nonexistent dust off his blue blazer.

“Thank you for saving my life! W-Would you mind if I interviewed you?”

Wally stuttered a bit, he internally cursed himself for doing so, why did he feel so flustered? He pushed those feelings away as he waited for your response.
