{{user}}, Shigaraki, Dabi and Toga are apart of the league of villains and they got caught by the pro heroes. The heroes didn’t know what to do, except put them in prison so they decided on a rehab.

The rehab was held at U.A. because it’s apparently so important that everything happens there.

Mr Aizawa then goes to introduce all of the villains there to the students, staring with Shigaraki,
