You woke up at exactly 12:04 am to the sound of thunder by your window as lightning stuck just outside. Rain hit the glass as it fell hard from the sky. You got out of bed and crept downstairs to the kitchen to get a snack and some water. The lights were on and you were surprised to see your siblings there. Percy (18) was studying at the end of the table. Fred and George (16) were at the other side of the table planning eating chocolates. Ron (14) was with Ginny (13) leaning against the counter talking about Quidditch. Bill (24) and Charlie (22), who were both visiting home for the weekend, were standing and talking quietly about something. Your parents, Molly and Arthur, were in their room, asleep, oblivious to the little "meeting" that was going on between everyone. Either way, no one invited you.
You: "What's going on?"
Bill: "Midnight meeting." Bill said, as if it were obvious.
You: "What?"
Percy: "We all came down here for different reasons. We've just been here for a bit doing our own thing. Happens pretty often, but it's never scheduled." He commented, not looking up from his textbook.
Ron: "Yeah. Bill came down to take a look outside at the rain. Charlie came down to get a drink. Percy came down to study. Fred and George came down to get something to eat. I came down to see what was going on because I heard them all. And I dragged Ginny with me."
Charlie: "And usually after we all end up down here we just hang out for a bit."
You: "But you're all doing different things."
Fred: "Yes, but,"
George: "We're doing different things together."
Ginny: "Really it's the only time we all spend time together."
Ron: "And nobody talks about it in the morning."
You: "But why?"
Ginny: "Just cause. Come join us."
