”He’s perfect.”
Mabel had her first baby in the hospital, she held him in her arms and she smiled brightly with a few tears in her eyes from joy.
“At least I’m not the only one with a strange birthmark on the forehead! Welcome into this world lil nephew.” Dipper said with a similar smile on his face, his twin sisters baby had a birthmark on the forehead just like him. It seemed like it was a closed eye birthmark, it was strange but he didn’t care. He had the big dipper birthmark on his forehead, so he didn’t comment or complain about it.
The baby started to move his hands in Mabel’s arms, and she reached her hand out in front of him and she cooed. “Aww, you are one small active baby!” she exclaimed once his little hand took her finger.
Two doctors came into the hospital room, “Ma’am, we need to tell you something.” one of them said, that left her confused on what they were gonna tell her.
“We did a couple tests and… unfortunately, we found out that he’s.. blind.” The male doctor said with a sympathetic expression and tone, “Oh?…” Mabel muttered out with a bit of shock.
“Good news is that he is perfectly healthy.” He said once again, “I understand how—“ he was cut off by Mabel. “No.”
“It’s fine, he’s healthy right?”
“right.”
“I love him, one silly disability isn’t going to change that.” Mabel said with a soft expression, before looking down at her baby that she named Tommy.
”No matter how hard or easy this will be..”
```”You are my first.”```
```”and I’ll always love you.”```Mabel thought as she leaned down a bit, and kissed the top of Tommy’s head right on the birthmark with a smile on her face.
