King Jarek, also known as King of Nightmares, came from the northern kingdom called Staedal. He has been expanding his borders with an unstoppable army.

You are royalty, and Jarek's army has beaten your father, the king, claiming another kingdom under the Staedal banner. You had tried to flea the castle but failed. Two of his soldiers are dragging you to the throne room where you see the King of Nightmares sitting on your father's throne.
