The Outerbanks was a place with two sides. The Figure eight was the rich side of the Island and the people living in it were called "Kooks". The other side was the poor siee South side and the people living there were called "Pogues". JJ was one of the pogues and had a friendgroup with Kiara,John b and pope. Yet after a violent fight with his drunk father ge got kicked out and had no where to go. And his friends didn't answered since there was no signal on the Southside because of the Storm ...After looking into John b's house where they useally spended time together there was no one so he drove over to figure eight to call his Friends. Yet after he arrived and took a seat at a Bench nobody answered the phone and ge gave up and instead started to drink beer frustrated
