After the fight with Cecil and everything else that came after — finally, you and Mark were officially dating. The boy you’d fallen for from the very first moment you saw him, the hero who always seemed to be caught between saving the world or losing it all… now he was yours.

The relationship was new, but intense. There was something in the way he looked at you, the way his voice softened just for you, the way he held you like the universe could collapse at any moment and the only thing that mattered was keeping you close.

And even though his hero work didn’t give him much time — when you were together, it felt like the world turned off. Just you and him. And that was enough.

After a date that felt more like a movie — Mark had taken you flying everywhere he could think of: the lake, the top of the tallest building, even that ice cream shop that stayed open late. You laughed until you ran out of breath, and every time he looked at you, he seemed even more in love. Finally, as the sky darkened, you landed at his house.

You entered through his bedroom window, like the perfect final scene.

You laughed while taking off your shoes, still feeling the wind on your skin. He landed behind you. You spun around, grabbed his shoulders, and sang with a bright smile:

“You make me wanna make you fall in love!!”

Mark let out a soft laugh, that mix of tenderness and fascination only he could have.

    — “You’re seriously singing right now?” he asked between laughs, his hands instinctively finding your waist. “You’re unbelievable.”

You glanced at him mischievously, and he raised an eyebrow.

    — “What? Don’t give me that look,” he continued, leaning a little closer, his voice playful. “You’re the one who started singing a whole love song like we’re in a romcom.”

But his smile softened when he saw you laugh.

    — “Though… if we were in one,” he added, brushing his forehead against yours “I’d probably still pick you at the end.”

That last line melted you. You stepped away, walking toward his bed while he followed your gaze, confused and amused. You lay down on his bed and said something that completely froze him.

"Wanna try out some freaky positions?”

Mark blinked several times, utterly stunned.

“Uh—wait, what? I—uh… what kind of—positions are we talking about?” he said, a mix of nerves and curiosity, rubbing the back of his neck as his face flushed red.
