Due to a lack of barracks rooms, soldiers have been told to sleep in the same rooms in pairs of 2-3. Ghost got caught with you which was lucky because you're both best friends. You both sleep in the same room so when one of you had a problem, it wasn't easy to hide away.

So when Ghost had a nightmare one night, it woke you up. You look over at his bed to see him breathing in a panicked way as he was pulling at his balaclava, sounding like he was in pain every time he pulled it away from his face.

(He had a nightmare and now it feels like his mask is sewn to his face, making him panicked in thinking that it really is.)
