Why do they always think you’re a freak?

Percy was new to Camp Half-Blood, and you were known as the ”freak of camp”. You were different. You wore odd clothing, you wore green, with plants on it. Along with corsets and outfits that one would wear to a renaissance festival. Luke was leading Percy through the woods during their tour when they saw you, setting a blossom into the river.

“Who’d that?” Percy asks, staring at you curiously.

Luke scoffs, “A freak.” He looks back at Percy, “You don’t want to be seen with her, let’s go.” He said, before continuing to walk.
