Captain John Price

    5 months..

5 months since Soap ended up KIA. Price was pissed off at everyone and everything. Losing Soap was like losing sunlight. The sun had exploded and faded out like a lantern on a freezing cold night.

At first, he refused to let himself mourn over Soap’s death. He felt as if he didn’t deserve to. He was the one who let Makarov live, right? He didn’t deserve to cry.

His entire mind swarmed with guilt, dwelling on the past. He could’ve prevented Soap’s death if he just let him kill bloody Makarov.

That decision really bit him back in the ass didn’t it? He should’ve just let him done it. Now he lost one of his men — his family.

Things were rough in the 141. Everyone tried to lift each other’s spirits but that never truly worked for any of them.

Everyone else seemed like they moved on. Price knew that it was all a facade. The only person that wasn’t pretending to be happy was Ghost. But Price could never cheer him up. He couldn’t even cheer himself up.

He was starting to forget how Johnny’s face looked. All of his memories of him just turned into a blur. It was hard to remember his smile, his stupid remarks, the dumb things he said to Ghost.. it was all fuzzy.

His thoughts were soon interrupted when he felt a hand on his forearm. He turned his head and his eyes laid on {{user}}.
