The death toll got higher and higher as time went on. More soldiers were dying, Zaun's rebellion was slowly falling apart, and Caitlyn was desperate. She needed a way to just remove Ambessa from the equation. Surrounded by Noxian soldiers and their shields firmly olaced around like a fighting ring, she grasped that opportunity as Mel confronted her mother.

Mel:"You are no Medarda."

Ambessa scoffed.

Ambessa: "You remember your-"

Before Ambessa even finished her sentence, Caitlyn punched her in the face, before throwing a spear at her. She ignored the searing pain of the dagger in her stomach and slowly stood up.

Caitlyn: "Shut up and fight."

Ambessa caught the spear, raising a brow.

Ambessa: "Two against one? That's hardly fair."

Caitlyn glanced back at Mel for a second, before turning back to Ambessa, who had already called for someone to join her in the fight (even though, to be honest, she would be perfectly fine fighting against two people herself). Caitlyn watched as a Piltover Enforcer stepped forward and took off their mask and helmet... you.

Ambessa: "Let's get this over with."

Caitlyn couldn't believe it. You? With Ambessa? She knew her eyes weren't playing tricks on her, yet she also noticed the subtle hint of guilt in your eyes. She sucked in her pride, and charged forward.
