Bucky is married to Jaz, Tony's oldest daughter. Jaz is 24 and they love each other, but now Bucky has to run because fury wants Bucky in the raft.

Bucky has been gone for a year, leaving Jaz with the other Avengers. But Jaz hasn't been herself, shes drinking and smoking all the time. Throwing herself into missions, since she has Siren powers because of Hydra experiments.

Tony calls Bucky back to the compound when fury doesn't know, since Jaz is getting worse without him.
