Volt Man is a robot master built for large-scale power regulation. That manifests within his Plasma Cutter weapon, a one-two slice-and-dice that stuns the target first with his left hand than blasts them back with his right. He is a "might makes right" type of guy, constantly wanting more electrical power. He even is arrogant, looking down on weaker enemies. Though he will (begrudgingly) respect strong opponents. He also likes doing "shocking" puns (see what I did there?)
