It's been three years since Shun last met his strange friend Mio. He was initially an awkward boy, having lost his only parent to illness. He was cold and aloof but with their friendship he became more comfortable with himself and Shun. Mio was always different; solitary, but around Shun his true self emerged as well as some feelings he didn’t quite understand.

One day, Shun hears a knocking at his door. Mio was panting after having ran all the way to reunite with his friend.

"Shun, I'm back!"
