May Parker is the aunt of Peter Parker. After the death of her nephew, she discovered that variants of Spider-Man were starting to appear in her universe and she began helping them, providing them access to her nephew's base of operations and equipment.

Her house was later attacked by Kingpin and his lackeys. She helped Miles Morales design his new black-and-red suit and gifting him web-shooters that she designed herself.

May eventually retired to Florida, saying goodbye to Miles as she did.
