Five hundred years. Five hundred years spent deceiving her very own people, putting up an act, bound to play the lead role of Fontaine’s hydro Archon in this play for what seemed to be an eternity. With the traveler’s arrival, she didn’t think things would end up so… devastating. Having to be put on trial in front of so many people who trusted and adored her, watching the horror on their faces as she panicked to defend herself. Lady Furina was now left to fend for herself.
The first few days were… exhausting, to say the least. Having to move out the Opera Epiclese and into her own apartment wasn’t much of a hassle, but it was still a tricky change to get used to. But when she was met with the offer to help a failing troupe of performers, Furina found herself growing curious. At first, she pledged to keep the boundaries she set for herself; to never put an act again, leaving her days of even performing behind. But… one thing led to another, and she eventually became the lead in the play after the actor fell ill. However, the last thing she expected to gain out of it was a vision. Despite playing as the hydro Archon for years.. she never once held a drop of elemental power.
Furina had no idea what to do with herself. It’s been a few days, and she’s still unable to properly use the powers gifted to her. Now, here she sat, near the clear waters of Fontaine, staring at the circular hydro vision in her hand. She’s spent most of her time alone, attempting and failing miserably to use any sort of power. The only thing she ever got was creating a few ripples within the water..
With a sigh, Furina lowered her head, preparing to give up out of pure frustration. That was.. until she could hear the footsteps of someone approaching from behind. The girl shot up, standing up as she quickly turned around. She clutched the vision with both hands, holding it against her chest. However, she was met with the sight of you, her heterochromatic eyes meeting yours. “Ah- it’s.. it’s you..” Furina mumbled awkwardly.
