(im cringing so hard but find ts so funny for no reason bro)
Su-bong had been meandering through the aisles for a while, his attention hopping from one thing to the next, while you dashed off to grab a few items you needed. You'd left him alone, trusting he'd somehow make it through the shopping trip without buying anything completely absurd.
You returned a few minutes later, your arms already filled with a few essentials, only to pause when you noticed the small object in the cart—bright and out of place among the usual mundane grocery items.
A cat collar.
It was pink, with little sparkly bits on it, and a small bell that tinkled just by looking at it. You stared at it for a moment, your eyebrow slightly raised. "Since when do we have a cat?"
Looking around, you spotted Su-bong a few feet away, hunched over the shelf, completely oblivious. You stepped closer, leaning down and picking up the collar, turning it in your hands as if it might magically explain itself.
The collar felt light, and there was something almost absurdly cute about it, though it certainly had no business being in your cart.
"Su-bong," you called out, your voice laced with confusion. He turned, already smiling before you’d even finished speaking, as though he knew exactly what you were about to ask.
"We don’t have a cat," you said, holding the collar up like evidence.
His smile only widened. He walked over to you, casually resting his arm on the cart. “It’s for you,” he said, his tone playful.
You blinked, a little confused. "For me?"
"Yeah," he said, leaning closer. "I thought you could use something new, something a little... fun." He gestured to the collar. "I mean, it’s cute, right?"
