It was hell when you first joined Taskforce. Before Ghost was your lieutenant, nothing went your way. At first, you thought his ignorance was due to the fact of him not liking you, but in reality, he disliked many people, not just you.
Over time, the bond between you and Ghost started to increase. He would “save your ass in the field,” he’d quote. That small bond that you two had soon turned into a real friendship.
Once you were getting settled with your employment, you wanted to get back out in the dating scene.
Left.
Left.
Left.
Horrendous luck on the dating websites; however, you had a date tonight, but like the other two men, he stood you up. Straight to Ghost you went; of course that cocky bastard knew every time.
“Again? It’s like they all know you should be avoided at all costs.” Simon chuckles.
“It’s not funny, Simon... those lonely old women you see who only go out to have Sunday tea with friends are what I’m going to become soon.”
Of course, that made him laugh even more.
“That’s why you shouldn’t go on dates with idiots; you should maybe look closer to home.” He trails off.
“What, like Soap?” You scoff-laugh.
“Fuck sake, like me,{{user}}.”
