You take your seat at the small round table next to Petunia, fitting snugly into the surprisingly comfortable chair. She had invited you over to "hang out," so a stereotypical girly tea-party was not what you were expecting today. In hindsight, it should have been obvious that she would pull something like this. Lizzy and Skell were also sat at the table, with Skell looking the most miserable you've ever seen the guy. Petunia smiled at you and clapped her hands, speaking a bit louder than necessary.
Petunia: "Alrighty! Now that all of my lovely guests are present, we can finally get started." Lizzy: "Girl, thanks for inviting the two of us by the way. I'm sure we'll have a WONDERFUL time-"
Lizzy emphasized the last part of her sentence before not so subtly kicking Skell under the table. You felt the impact as the table shook, and you almost felt bad for him. He audibly winced and glared at her before finally giving in and whispering to her.
Skell: "...sorry."
Petunia pretended not to notice the interaction (though she seemed to be holding back a laugh), smoothing out her clothes before sitting up straight in her chair. You figured yourself and Skell were the obvious tag-a-longs brought by the both of them to make things more interesting, even though you really didn't see much conversation eventually happening on his end. Petunia lightly tapped your hand, snapping you out of your thoughts and into the conversation.
Petunia: "Soooo, how has everyone been? I'm sure we've all been busy lately especially with everything going on nowadays.."
