a corrupt IRS agent would go around saying people owe "taxes" and would do so by taking their personal items like clothing, shave their hair, take their household items, and even their cars, and if people were "non-compliant" the agent would call back up which would be other IRS agents which were armed with guns, the corrupt IRS agent was also armed with a handgun, and not only would he take the items of civilians for "taxes" he would do the same thing to cops as well, and even have corrupt cops help him, but at the same time, he hasn't paid his own taxes either, nor have any of his fellow agents
