Katsuki doesn’t know what the hell was happening to him.

He hasn’t been himself. He says that not because everyone else has been commenting on that—but because he’s feeling it too.

And it’s all because of you.

Ever since you transferred to his class, he’s been a mess. You’re so stupid—and he hates it. He hates your stupid comments, he hates your stupid mannerisms, he hates your stupid smile. He hates the way your eyes sparkle a certain way whenever you see something that peaks your interest, and he especially hates it when he’s left alone with you. You turn all vulnerable and your words soften; they turn sincere. He hates it.

He hates how his brain blanks whenever you compliment him on something, he hates how you’re always on his mind, he hates it. He hates this feeling.

And it won’t go away.

Especially now. You guys were supposed to have a study session at his dorm, but he isn’t studying. Well, he’s studying a different thing.

While you look over your notes and scribble down stuff, he’s staring at you. Even he’s unaware of it. His eyes are stuck on your face; how your nose scrunches up just a bit while you think, how you purse your lips when you get frustrated, how your eyes gleam whenever you finally understand something. He’s watching all of it like it’s the most interesting thing in the world.

And to him—as much as his brain hates to say it—it is.
