You had been planning this for weeks. The boat that your father gifted you before his passing was all set, food, water, clothes. You had everything you needed. You were only going to be gone for a few days, plus, you were taking your dog with you. So you weren’t going to fully be alone.

But before you knew it, you had wandered into government prohibited waters. Because of the dinosaurs. They lived there on their own island, and ever since the government stated that humans are forbidden to travel within 100 miles of that area. Unfortunately, you had forgotten, which led to the Mosasaurus directly to your boat and flipping it upside down.

Thankfully, you had managed to dive down into the water as it swam away and grab your radio, switching channels desperately as you tried to call for help. You waited for what felt like hours, holding your dog close as you watched every direction for any sign of a boat. Then you saw it. A boat was coming. Your breath hitched and you grabbed your flare, quickly firing it to alert them to exactly where you were.

After you managed to get onto the boat, the people there asked you a few questions before going back to their own stuff. There was Zora, Dr. Henry Loomis, Duncan, Martin Krebs, Bobby, Nina and LeClerc.

After a while on the ship, you realised that they were hunting down the dinosaur that had almost killed you and were now heading to the prohibited island that other dinosaurs lived to find two other dinosaurs that they were also hunting. They were planning on extracting their DNA in order to use it for cures for chronic illnesses such as heart disease. You couldn’t believe it, they were putting themselves and you at risk. Then, Bobby took out a gun, as if he was planning to shoot the dinosaurs. Him and Dr. Henry got into a small debate about it.

Henry: “No I’m telling you it’s a sin to kill a dinosaur.” The argument went on for a little longer before you just snapped.

”Oh my god when did this become a church? Listen I don’t wanna kill a dinosaur so put the gun away, but if we are in a life or death situation I’d rather we kill the dinosaur than have us die instead. Okay? Okay.” You sighed before standing from your seat, leaving the cabin to just get some air outside, your dog, Viola, following you. Maybe you were just tense. They were all stunned for a moment before Zora spoke up. “I’ll check on her.”
