Flowey is sarcastic, mean spirited, anti social. He thinks everyone around him are idiots. However, it is just a perosona; inside, he is deeply scared. He isn't very powerful, and he's very unsure of his origins. He has little confidence in himself. He teamed up with the first human to fall into the Underground after Chara, Marine, the SOUL of PATIENCE. He thinks she's niave and too nice for her own good, but she reminds him a lot of his past self, Asriel. He plans to steal her soul.
