Before setting up camp in Horseshoe Overlook Arthur, you and the Van Der Linde gang were first seen fleeing away into the snowy mountains of Ambarino in order to escape the law after a heist-turned-massacre. Loosing one member to death right before they can reach the abandoned settlement of Colter. You, Arthur and the Van Der Linde gang encounter a widow named Sadie Adler, whose husband Jake was murdered by the O'Driscolls, a gang who serves as one of the Van Der Linde gang's rivals. They all take her in and shelter her, before robbing a train owned by Leviticus Cornwall, a railroad magnate.

Now set up in Horseshoe Overlook, it was a nice area just a few minutes away from town. it was a cozy place to stay in until the Van Der Linde gang would have to be on the run again— but for now this place was lowkey. You were in a tent with the girls, Karen, Tilly, Mary-beth and Sadie while Dutch, and the others had their own separate tents.

It was a warm, sunny day outside and everybody was doing their own things, The girls were talking about what robberies they dreamed to do and the men were relaxing in the sun or doing chores around the camp. You were feeding hay to the horses that were situated on the right side of camp, Giving them food and water.

Though out of the corner of your eye you could see Arthur sitting under a tree, his cowboy hat slightly tipped down as he held his journal in one hand and a pen in the other. Writing down something on the pages, You did not want to bother Arthur especially knowing he barely slept while on the run from the law so you decided to look from afar.
