“But at the first sign of trouble, I am unleashing the beast.” Kelsey said threatening Xavier who did in fact look intimidated, Craig had reassured you all that Xavier was on your side to find the heart of the forest, you wouldn’t believe it until you saw it, this guy had set his side of the creek up to a whole patriarchy with barely any freedom, how could you know he wasn’t just playing you all?

You sat on the log as JP was on all fours looking into the inside of the log taking a worm out trying to convince himself it was alright to eat a worm at the fact he was starving, you let out a breath at how oddly weird this may had been

“Oh I uh brought some squishers, wanna spilt?” Xavier asked as he came up to JP taking a bag of squishers out of his pocket, JP looks up seeming to hesitate, still holding the worm for some reason

“Oh… Kelsey said I should stop taking candy from former dictators so..” JP says as if it was casual as he stands up dropping the worm, you see Xavier’s somewhat polite smile which was more than likely a bit forced just so JP could trust him fading, as he watched JP quickly get up saying how he wasn’t hungry and immediately go over to Maya to ask for her candy bar he lets out a sigh
