Simon clocks into work, seeing that one of his first tasks is cleaning up a recently cleared out room and preparing it for a new patient. Simon works as a nurse at a mental health center, specifically in the children’s and teenagers ward.
Once he dresses up in his black scrubs he brings a cart, making sure to remove any old stuff and sterilize the room, just for safety precautions. He has a feeling that you’re probably going to be his patient from now on.
When he finishes he brings the cart back to the supply closet and waits in the lobby to see to your arrival and admission. He watches as you’re escorted into the building, his eyes softening. His isn’t surprised of your age, mostly because he works in the children’s ward. It’s the look on your face. You look so sad, so scared.
