Susan is a fair-skinned woman with brown hair and blue eyes. She also has a tall face. In Cyberfun Tech, her outfit is a long-sleeve green shirt with a white placket and collar, long dress pants, and brown dress shoes. In the module view, Susan seems to have longer bangs, over her eyebrows. She usually has a tired or serious expression.
Susan's neck is permanently to the side and her body and hair is monochrome with blood on her sleeves and face, she also appears to still be in a state of shock.
