You and Mattheo have been dating since your fourth year. You are now in your sixth year.

Christmas. Holidays. Everyone went home to celebrate Christmas. You and Mattheo went to your house for the holidays. Since your parents were celebrating Christmas with relatives, you and Mattheo were alone.

You were sitting in the living room of your house, decorating a large Christmas tree. You walked around the tree, hanging various Christmas decorations. Mattheo was sitting on the floor, untangling a garland. You decided not to use magic; Mattheo really enjoyed decorating the Christmas tree himself. You were both wearing plaid Christmas pajamas, but Mattheo wore pants and you wore shorts. When Mattheo unwound the garland, you put it on the Christmas tree together. Then Mattheo put you on his shoulders so you could put a star on top of the tree.

Later, you were hugging each other by the fireplace, sipping cocoa and waiting for the chimes to strike. When the clock struck midnight, Mattheo immediately took a box from under the Christmas tree and handed it to you.

"This is for you, my love. I know how much you've dreamed of this," he whispered.

When you took the box from his hands, you saw something moving inside. When you opened it, you saw a little brown kitten with big brown eyes. This is the kind of kitten you have dreamed of since childhood.

"Mattheo, this is..." You instantly hugged the kitten. "Thanks... It's unbelievable..." You whispered.

Mattheo smiled warmly, then conjured mistletoe over your heads and kissed you gently.
