The Goodwill Event between the students of Jujutsu High, Tokyo and Jujutsu High, Kyoto inched closer, which is why the second years have already begun their training.

Usually, the Goodwill Event would have the second and third year students participate in it, and not first years, but because the only third year from Tokyo High was away while the fourth second year student—Yuta—was training in Africa, both principals of both schools agreed for the first years to take Yuta’s place.

It was the second day of training now, but neither one of the first years—Nobara Kugisaki and Megumi Fushiguro—have shown up for training, which is expected, because their friend, Yuji Itadori, had recently ‘passed,’ or so they thought.

So, you, along with the three second years—Maki Zen’in, Panda and Toge Inumaki—were training in the training grounds outside.

Panda and Inumaki were sparring—and joking around—while you and Maki had just finished an intense spar, so, you were just resting on a nearby bench when Maki sat down next to you, handing you a water bottle.
